The Nova Scotia Forest Festival is back at Memory Lane Heritage Village on Saturday, October 4th.
The festival will run from 11 AM to 4 PM and is a showcase of the many ways Nova Scotians connect to our forests for their livelihood, housing, recreation, food, and heritage.
Featuring live horse logging demonstrations, enjoy axe throwing, hands-on activities & heritage demonstrations for all ages.
The event culminates in the Golden Axe-throwing Tournament where local businesses will be going axe-head to axe-head to see who has the chops.
The Nova Scotia Forest Festival is free admission and is rain or shine, so come on out no matter the weather!
See below for activity details!
Please Note: Memory Lane Heritage Village has farm animals on site and does not allow pets within the Village grounds.
