Artifact Researcher/Cataloguer (pdf)
The goal of the 2020 Artifact Researcher / Cataloguer is to continue accessioning accumulated backlog acquired last summer and over the winter; to carry out an inventory of the Fisherman’s Store and the Gold Mine complex; and to work with artifact volunteers when available to move the cataloguing process forward.
Assistant Archivist (pdf)
During the summer months the archives sees an increase in research requests as well as donations of material. It will be the Assistant Archivist’s duty to oversee research requests and carry out research on the various collections that the archives is working on.
Heritage Programming Coordinator (pdf)
The Heritage Programming Coordinator will work closely with the Executive Director, senior staff, and organizing volunteers to help develop heritage programs and events (authentic activities, etc.) and ensure that they are successful. They will also be responsible for evaluating and documenting each event so that it is easier to organize and improve upon next year.
Senior Special Event and Visitor Services Assistant (pdf)
The Senior Special Event & Visitor Services Assistant plays a key role at Memory Lane Heritage Village as a support person to senior staff and volunteers. This is a front-line position, which will allow students to gain valuable experience in communications, planning, coordination, business and food services.

The Junior Visitor Services Assistant plays a supporting role at Memory Lane Heritage Village assisting senior staff and volunteers. This is a front-line position, which will allow students to gain valuable experience in communications, planning, coordination, business and visitor and food services.
Office Administrator (pdf)
The Office Administrator works closely with the Heritage Programming Coordinator to support them in preparing for upcoming tours and events. In addition to keeping the office running smoothly, the Office Administrator carries out visitor services, supports the Storekeeper, and handles any marketing and promotions as outlined by the Marketing Manager.
Senior Francophone Heritage Animator - French as first language required (pdf)
The role of the Senior Francophone Animator is to provide visitor services in English and French, to support the work of the Heritage Programming Coordinator and the Artifact Cataloguer as required, demonstrate working artifacts, and to assist in the Cookhouse, Store, and other Village buildings as needed.
